Brandon Bennett received an associate’s degree in liberal arts from New Mexico Military Institute, a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University, a master’s degree in communication studies from The University of Alabama and is currently working on a doctorate in Public Administration and Policy from Old Dominion University.

He worked for Seminaries and Institutes for 11 years. He has taught at Education Week, participated in firesides and conferences, and he and his wife have been advisors for FSY conferences.

He and his wife Vanessa have four kids and one more on the way. They are a very active, outdoorsy family. He and his wife always seem to be coaching one of their kids’ sports teams. They love being in the mountains. He grew up rodeoing and loves to get his kids involved in it. Having lived in Texas he caught the BBQ bug. He owns 3 smokers and loves to cook in general. His family loves playing games together. They have so many board games, card games, and puzzles that they require their own storage room.
